The Moody Month app is a daily hormone and wellness tracker, designed for women’s biology, bodies and cycles, that connects them with tailored solutions to support moods and symptoms.

Joining as Lead Designer in June 2020, I’ve worked closely with an all-female team of UX designers, data analysts, nutritionists and developers to continuously improve the overall user experience.
Over the past 6 years, the product evolved from an MVP into multi-feature platform. I led the design and rollout of core functionalities including built-in programmes, wearable integration, partner mode and an integrated map feature.

Through onboarding optimisation and clearer value communication, we reduced drop-off by 18%. A redesigned tracking flow improved daily logging completion by 21%, while built-in programmes reached a 34% adoption rate within three months of launch.

Alongside product design, I led the rebranding of the app and the creation of comprehensive brand guidelines and a design system, social templates, marketing assets and merchandising materials.
I also led the art direction of a photoshoot to build a new image library and refresh the brand’s visual language.
