Lead designer on the launch of BoxPlay’s new b2b learning platform and public site, built around Communication Quotient a core learning series focused on active listening, critical thinking and negotiation.
The team and I delivered end-to-end design across UX/UI, content, animation and a scalable Figma-based design system. Working in fast sprints, we translated complex communication frameworks into flexible, engaging learning experiences. Each course featured its own bold visual language, blending illustration, photography and hand-drawn elements.
The platform adopted a streaming-inspired approach, with personalised channels, playlists, progress tracking and micro-learning principles designed to sustain momentum and embed skills through practice.
